How to Book an NCTA Proctored Exam at IT Academy Pro

Taking a university exam away from campus? A proctored exam lets you sit your exam at an approved test center while a proctor supervises the session. IT Academy Pro is an NCTA Certified Test Center in Karachi, and you can now book your seat online in a few minutes.

Before you book

Ask your university to approve external proctoring, and ask for the exam instructions and software requirements.
Keep your documents ready: a valid CNIC or passport, and your university approval. The booking page lists the exact documents we need.
Know your exam name, whether it is an online or paper based exam, and your exam or course code if you have one.

Step-by-step booking

Choose a test center. Open the Exam Booking page and select IT Academy PRO in Karachi.
Enter your details. Add your name, email, phone, country, university, exam name and exam type.
Upload your documents. PDF, JPG or PNG files up to 5 MB each. Your files are stored privately, and only our team can open them.
Pick a date and time. Exams run Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in one-hour slots. Each booking needs at least 24 hours notice. Available dates can change, so check the booking page for the latest calendar.
Pay and confirm. An online payment confirms your booking at once and sends you a confirmation email. Bank transfer bookings are confirmed after our team checks the payment.

You do not need an account to book. When you book without one, we create a student account for you during checkout and email your login details with your booking. You can view all your bookings any time under My Exam Bookings.

On exam day

Arrive on time with your original photo ID.
Your ID is checked before the exam starts, and the session is supervised from start to finish.
Follow the exam instructions your university has sent you.
